NOT INCLUDED:
- Structural repairs — the floor joists were inspected on site and found structurally sound; no sistering or replacement is included

- Hardwood floor, tile or subfloor replacement

Notes:
**No active leak was found — the moisture is ambient humidity sitting against the floor structure. Clean-up, treatment and a good liner with a dehumidifier is what brings it under control and keeps it there.
**The floor is particle board, so keeping the crawlspace dry protects it from swelling and soft spots.
**Existing mold growth goes dormant once the crawlspace is dried out.
**The crawlspace will be accessible for storage after completion.
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship on the project.
**5 years on the dehumidifier.
